Shipping Policy

Once you have placed your order, please allow for 1-2 processing days then your order will be shipped.

Within Australia: 2-5 business days

Overseas: allow 5-10 business days

We ensure all products are fully inspected for any faults before postage so if your product arrives damaged please email

​​Return & Exchange Policy


If for some reason you want to return your product, you can do so within 30 days. Anything over 30 days unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.

To complete your return, email to request your return. We reserve the right to deny replacements for units that appear to be forcefully damaged or abused.

We do require proof of purchase to approve refund.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to Raise Recovery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.
